DELIVERY OPTIONS
PICK UP FROM STORE
"Pickup from store" allows you to collect your order directly from the store. Once the collection of the products is complete, you will be notified electronically (via email) to pick it up. This option is convenient for customers who prefer to physically collect their orders from the store location. If you have any specific questions or need more information, feel free to ask!
COURIER
Shipments within Greece are handled by ACS courier For shipments to all other countries, we will provide you with the most suitable options and you will decide upon it. All shipments destined for countries within and outside the European Union are accompanied by a cash receipt/invoice that denotes the value of the goods. This practice ensures proper documentation and transparency regarding the value of the merchandise being shipped internationally. ORDER PROCESSING
The processing of orders usually takes place within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed. Order processing begins upon receipt of the order confirmation email. During discount periods or special offers, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email containing your order number and shipment tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your order during its journey to you through the cooperating transportation company.
It is important to accept the delivery when your order is received. Any charges resulting from rejected deliveries, including return costs, customs duties, and fees (for shipments outside the EU), will be the responsibility of the customer. These fees will be deducted from any refunds or credits processed with the customer's liability.

PRE ORDERS

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Items available for pre-order will be shipped as soon as they are received in our warehouse. The full payment will be deducted on the same day the order was placed, regardless of the actual shipping date. This ensures that pre-ordered items are promptly dispatched once they become available for shipment. If you have any other inquiries or need further assistance, feel free to ask!
SHOPPING CART
In case your shopping cart contains items with different shipping statuses, additional charges apply for multiple shipments. This means that if items in your order have different shipping status or requirements, separate shipments may incur extra costs. SHIPPING COSTS
1. For delivery within Greece, the shipping cost is automatically calculated.
2. For delivery to countries within the EU, the shipping cost is customer’s responsibility. Once the shipment cost is calculated, is sent to the client for approval. UKU CANDLES can help you with the shipment of your parcel with the cooperation of the best courier companies.
3. For delivery to countries outside the EU, the shipping costs and custom that accrue are the responsibility of the customer. UKU CANDLES can help you with the shipment of your parcel with the cooperation of the best courier companies.
DELIVERIES
For an estimate of the delivery time, please note the following:
• Courier companies do not make deliveries or collections on Sundays and on holidays in the countries where the merchandise is meant to be delivered.
• If the package is not successfully delivered to the Customer's address due to lack of cooperation by the Customer (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absence during delivery time, non-compliance with import regulations) according to the commercial agreement with UKUCANDLES.COM, there is a risk that the package will be returned to UKU CANDLES' warehouse at the expense of the Customer, including any import duties that may be imposed upon re-entry into the initial shipping country. These fees will be deducted from any potential refund.
UKUCANDLES.COM cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments due to weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond UKUCANDLES.COM's control.
